Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 27, 2026

We want you to reserve your seat with zero risk. This policy explains exactly how deposits, cancellations, and our pass-or-refund guarantee work for a Stats Animated live cram cohort. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1.Your Deposit Is Fully Refundable

The $49 deposit simply holds your seat. You can request a full refund of your deposit, for any reason, any time before the cohort's first live session — just email us. There is no fee and no questions asked.

2.If the Cohort Doesn't Run, You're Refunded Automatically

Some cohorts are offered before dates are finalized (a "founding cohort" pre-sale). If a cohort does not reach minimum enrollment, is cancelled, or is not run for any reason, every deposit and payment for it is refunded in full automatically — you don't need to email or do anything. You are reserving a seat, not gambling on a stranger.

3.Cancelling After You Pay Full Tuition

• You may cancel and receive a full refund of your tuition any time before the first live session.
• After the cohort begins, refunds are governed by the pass-or-refund guarantee in Section 4. (We can do this because the whole program is short and the value is delivered live.)

4.The Pass-or-Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the teaching. If you do the work and still don't pass, we refund your tuition in full. To qualify, you must:

• Attend the live sessions (or watch the recordings for any you miss), and
• Complete the assigned practice and the mock exam, and
• Email us proof that you did not pass your exam (your official grade or score) within 14 days of your exam date.

Once we confirm you completed the requirements and review your proof, we issue a full refund of your tuition. One guarantee claim per enrollment.

5.How to Request a Refund

Email info@calculusanimated.com from the address you used to enroll. Tell us your name and whether you're requesting a deposit refund, a pre-start cancellation, or a guarantee refund (with your proof). We'll confirm by email.

6.How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

7.No Guaranteed Grade

Stats Animated does not guarantee any specific grade or exam score. The pass-or-refund guarantee is backed by our money under the conditions above — it is a measure of your satisfaction, not a promise of a particular academic result. Your outcome depends on your own effort, your course, and your instructor.
