This Privacy Policy explains how Stats Animated ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit statsanimated.com (the "Site") and enroll in or reserve a seat in our live online cram-cohort courses (the "Cohort" or "Services"). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.
We may update this policy at any time by posting a revised version and updating the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
1.Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address when you reserve a seat, join a waitlist, or contact us; the course/exam details you choose to share (e.g. which class you're taking); and any messages you send us.
- Payment information: deposits and payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe handles and secures payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Automatically collected data: your IP address, browser type, device, access times, and the pages you view, collected through server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookies & tracking technologies: we use cookies, web beacons, and tracking pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and web analytics — to measure our advertising, understand traffic, and improve the Site. See Section 4.
2.How We Use Your Information
- To reserve your seat, enroll you in a Cohort, and process your deposit and payment.
- To send you essential Cohort information — session links, schedules, reminders, recordings, and materials.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To send you updates or promotional emails about our courses (with your consent where required; every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link).
- To measure and improve our advertising and to understand how visitors use the Site.
- To protect against fraud or unauthorized activity and to comply with the law.
3.How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- Service providers who operate the business on our behalf — e.g. Stripe (payments), Zoom or a similar platform (live sessions), our email/hosting providers, and analytics services.
- Advertising & measurement partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), to measure ad performance and reach relevant audiences. These partners process data under their own policies.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Aggregated / anonymized data that does not identify you, for analytics or marketing.
4.Cookies, Pixels & Advertising
We use cookies and tracking pixels — including the Meta Pixel — to deliver and measure advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and to analyze Site traffic. These technologies may record that you visited the Site and which actions you took (for example, reserving a seat), so we can measure our ads and improve them.
5.Your Choices & Rights
- Email opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
- Access, correction, deletion: depending on where you live (e.g. CCPA/CPRA in California, GDPR in Europe), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email us at info@calculusanimated.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
- Do Not Sell/Share: we do not sell your personal information.
6.Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us.
7.Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for college and adult students and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@calculusanimated.com and we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Stripe checkout or Zoom). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
